domaine le castelet wedding venue

Domaine le castelet made an impression on me. it is like two venues in one and is absolutely one of the prettiest and most charming of venues. I very much hope to get the chance to return one day.

The main house

this is a beautiful and large manoir style property built into a hill so the front facade hides the size and true height of the house. It has large and high ceilinged rooms within the ground floor and is beautifully decorated.

the large pool & deck is close to the house as is the shaded & forested wedding ceremony area so a bride does not have too far to walk.

a short walk along a under some trees you follow the path to the area where the original farm house was situated. Tall oak trees frame the front of this U shaped and lawned area with a couple of mature olive trees, a high ceilinged covered terrace and retro & stylish caravan which has been converted into a bar.

Due to the position of the domaine there is no light pollution other than from the venue and on a clear evening the spectacle of the night sky is something to behold.

The string light which covers the dining area adds to the charm.
